My experience with this small business has been nothing but AMAZING. Pri, the owner, is so helpful and truly has gone above expectations of any company that I will always think of her business first for van rentals. She genuinely cares about your experience and makes every effort to make it great. She is so patient and takes the time to answer all my questions or concerns that I have. I really felt like I was treated like a friend even though we have never met before. She does her best to compete with those big name companies so check her business out first to see what she can do for you. We stumbled upon Woosh Knoxville after having an unfortunate hiccup occur with our original van rental for vacation. Well that being said, I am so thankful we did!! The service was amazing as both Brandon and Rik were very quick to respond and were very helpful. Rik was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and prompt to pick up the van on departure. The van was immaculate and very up to date. The rear view camera, overhead camera, and durable flooring came in VERY handy for our needs. I would definitely consider using them again in the HIGHLY unlikely scenario that I ever agree to chaperone a cross country team to Running Lane in Huntsville again. Awesome interaction! Called them last second with a request for a 15-passenger van after a previous rental was canceled by the rental agency. Not only did these folks accommodate a last minute request, they had to move additional Fleet inventory from Nashville out to Knoxville to be able to make sure the following days clients were covered. They did not seem to mind at doing that at all, talk about excellent service!! Apparently they also offer drivers if it is ever needed.Grateful to have gotten in contact with these people. They're a family owned business thats personable, and a pleasure to deal with on the phone.Clean vehicles, (Mercedes Sprinter Van) no mechanical issues, good tires, good brakes, good vehicles. You can definitely tell they care about their inventory. Will definitely be using their services again when the time arises.

The place is hard to find, but they are super friendly. We used a van for a video shoot and it was problem free.
