Awesome interaction! Called them last second with a request for a 15-passenger van after a previous rental was canceled by the rental agency. Not only did these folks accommodate a last minute request, they had to move additional Fleet inventory from Nashville out to Knoxville to be able to make sure the following days clients were covered. They did not seem to mind at doing that at all, talk about excellent service!! Apparently they also offer drivers if it is ever needed.Grateful to have gotten in contact with these people. They're a family owned business thats personable, and a pleasure to deal with on the phone.Clean vehicles, (Mercedes Sprinter Van) no mechanical issues, good tires, good brakes, good vehicles. You can definitely tell they care about their inventory. Will definitely be using their services again when the time arises.

We rented 15 passages van for a week the to destin beach,it was amazing ride for 10 of us ,the van is super clean and stuff at Knoxville van rentals are super friendly and helpful , took a about 15mins explain everything to me and i was on the road .we had great time, highly recommend if you looking for big van for family vacation.

I rented a 15 passenger Ford Transit van to take us from TN to New Orleans via Mississippi and back. It gave excellent gas mileage, I tried to keep it at 1/2 a tank, therefore I only filled up twice each way. The van was spotless, Rik was outstanding to work with. I would definitely give him my business again.
