Client Reviews

Best way to get around. We tried to dive. I would rather ride

Went on a trip with some friends and rented a van from Nashville Van Rentals and I could not be any happier with my experience. The van was really nice and smooth and the seats were very comfortable for my friends and I. I look forward to using NVR in the future and highly recommend NVR for your rental needs!

Fantastic and easy experience.

Van created a great experience down to Orange Beach with some friends. Got some awesome service from Rik! Definitely recommend!

Brand new vans for great prices! Vehicle came sanitized, and easy pickup/drop off

Great service and vans. Definitely recommend NVR for your rental needs in Nashville.

My experience with this small business has been nothing but AMAZING. Pri, the owner, is so helpful and truly has gone above expectations of any company that I will always think of her business first for van rentals. She genuinely cares about your experience and makes every effort to make it great. She is so patient and takes the time to answer all my questions or concerns that I have. I really felt like I was treated like a friend even though we have never met before. She does her best to compete with those big name companies so check her business out first to see what she can do for you. Thank you so much for this experience and your understanding to all my concerns. It really means a lot to people.

I rented a 15 passenger Ford Transit van to take us from TN to New Orleans via Mississippi and back. It gave excellent gas mileage, I tried to keep it at 1/2 a tank, therefore I only filled up twice each way. The van was spotless, Rik was outstanding to work with. I would definitely give him my business again.

The service was amazing as both Brandon and Rik were very quick to respond and were very helpful. Rik was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and prompt to pick up the van on departure. The van was immaculate and very up to date. The rear view camera, overhead camera, and durable flooring came in VERY handy for our needs. I would definitely consider using them again in the HIGHLY unlikely scenario that I ever agree to chaperone a cross country team to Running Lane in Huntsville again. Having said that, Go Oakdale Mustangs! #2 in Gold Division - 2022! Thank you for the safe and reliable transportation, Nashville Van Rentals!

Do yourself a favor….don’t waste your time calling anyone else. Pri provides absolutely AMAZING customer service. Professional, speedy, and top quality experience. No need to waste your time with the other national brands. Your best experience and price is here. I called 7 others places before finding this company. I’ve already booked another trip with them. I won’t go anywhere else in the future.

Great experience with Knoxville Van Rentals! The owners were extremely helpful and made the process easy. Will definitely use for future travel and recommend to all friends/family.

AMAZING service provided! From the first phone call to van drop off. It was a very smooth process. We traveled to Gatlinburg and had a smooth ride. I wish I could post photos, but overall I highly recommend this rental company!
