Had an awesome experience with Nashville Van Rentals! I worked with Rik and who was very nice and informative breaking down cost in a very easy to understand way with no ambiguity. He went over all of the safety measures the company is taking with their vans to ensure our safety with Covid-19. Would definitely recommend Nashville Van Rentals to anyone who needs a clean and reliable van to rent.

My experience with this small business has been nothing but AMAZING. Pri, the owner, is so helpful and truly has gone above expectations of any company that I will always think of her business first for van rentals. She genuinely cares about your experience and makes every effort to make it great. She is so patient and takes the time to answer all my questions or concerns that I have. I really felt like I was treated like a friend even though we have never met before. She does her best to compete with those big name companies so check her business out first to see what she can do for you. We rented a van for a family vacation. The van that we had was very clean and was definitely well maintained and taken care of. The rental staff was very friendly and helpful to work with. For example, they went out of their way to return an item that was left in the van upon return. Rental rates were reasonable and the terms of the contract were well explained. All in all a good experience and would highly recommend this company.

We rented a 15 passenger van for a company outing. The experience was great. Pickup and drop off was easy. The van we had was extremely nice and new. It was easy to drive and a comfy ride for everyone in our group. We will be using this service again for more company outings.

The booking process was simple, Rik was friendly, and the vehicle was in great condition—clean, reliable, and spacious enough for all our luggage. We had no trouble navigating the city, and the pick-up/drop-off process was fast and hassle-free….customer service made it easy to adjust our reservation when we needed to extend the rental, and we felt well taken care of throughout the trip. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nashville!

I rented a 15 passenger van from Woosh Knoxville to take my robotics kids to an out of town competition. The van was new, clean and spacious. We were able to get all of our equipment and luggage into the van and have space for our kids and coaches. The van was a newer model with updated features, and as a 6-foot 3-inch person, I was comfortable driving and moving around the van.Pri is amazing and very professional. I loved working with her to get my rental setup. Communication was clear and we didn't have any hidden fees or charges. I will definitely rent from them again when we have to travel for robotics competitions.

Rented a van for a group going to concert. Van was in great they detailed it before pickup and it ran great. Will be using again soon

AMAZING service provided! From the first phone call to van drop off. It was a very smooth process. We traveled to Gatlinburg and had a smooth ride. I wish I could post photos, but overall I highly recommend this rental company!

Awesome interaction! Called them last second with a request for a 15-passenger van after a previous rental was canceled by the rental agency. Not only did these folks accommodate a last minute request, they had to move additional Fleet inventory from Nashville out to Knoxville to be able to make sure the following days clients were covered. They did not seem to mind at doing that at all, talk about excellent service!! Apparently they also offer drivers if it is ever needed.Grateful to have gotten in contact with these people. They're a family owned business thats personable, and a pleasure to deal with on the phone.Clean vehicles, (Mercedes Sprinter Van) no mechanical issues, good tires, good brakes, good vehicles. You can definitely tell they care about their inventory. Will definitely be using their services again when the time arises.

I 100% recommend this company! We rented the 11 seat passenger with a TV and PlayStation it was such an easy and enjoyable experience The kids loved it and Van drove amazing! Pri was definitely awesome she always answered every question that we had! Definitely will be renting from the company again!
